Day VI, Sechs, Sixte--Limerick--I Want!

I'm going to do a limerick today, since I have no idea which poem comes next. A limerick goes roughly AABBA. Lines 1,2, and 5 are usually 7 or 8 syllables. Lines 3 and 4 are usually 5 syllables. So here it is:
 I want!
There was a young boy with a guppy
Who wanted a horse and a puppy
He asked for a pig,
A cat dancing a jig,
And a hedgehog that fit in a cuppy.

He asked for a miniature deer,
A coatimundi and a bear.
His mother said no
They'd have nowhere to go
All those things simply cannot live here.

So the boy went and got a big box
And he filled it with food and some socks.
He went out in the wilds
To commune with pet childs
Now he hobnobs with birds and a fox.
