Arbor Day Poem--Tree Song

In honor of Arbor Day I shall plant a poem and then try to plant a few other things. It's probably too late for them, now since the sun bakes the ground to puzzle pieces, but I'll try. If you want to see other Arbor Day poems, go here.

TREE SONG
A
Light
Tracery
Of branches
Reaches
Up into the sky
Sending like
An Eternal joyful song
Wind through the leaves to
The Being who made it.
It shades us; shelters and feeds us
Filling our lives with love.
Like the Eternal Son
It gives its life for us, in service.
How, then
Can
We
Do
Less?
