READ A BOOK

Reaching out beyond my couch

A book conveys me onward

Flying past the storied stars

Down to ocean depths

I can be an Irish queen,

Sailor on a naval ship,

Fae princess or mere maiden

Starship's lieutenant

Looking out beyond the cusp

Of time and space, unconfined

Capture quarks or basking whales

No limits apply
