Grammar Poem--National Poetry Month
This is a grammar poem, which sounds confusing unless you go here and see what she's talking about. Here are mine:
Ballerina
Pirouetting and leaping
Telling a story gracefully
Like a swan princess
If only my body was thirteen again.
Climber
Reaching and scrambling
Rising gritty to the challenge
As a lizard on a ledge
If only I hadn't fallen a few minutes ago.
